What is your MOQ?
For the parts which in stock, 50 PCS only to start custom design and logo.
For fully OEM custom, pls contact us for further discuss.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free.
But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
How many colors are available?
We have 20+ standart colors in stock, special color by pantone color or real sample also availiable, just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, wtihin 1 working day will be sent out.
If you need OEM sample, 3-5 working days after idea approved by you.
How long is the production lead time?
The lead time is based on quantity, our capacity is 3k ropes per day, so one week for most order, urgent order can be flexiable to priority.
What format of file need if I want my own design?
The printing logo in EPS or AI is good for us, but anything you provide is ok for us, beccause we have the designer to make your idea to come ture. we also have the custom plugin to design a rope online. Follow the link https://pleval.com/desgin-your-own-jump-rope/ to design your own jump rope.
How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
The shipping has multiple choices, for Small order can delivery by express, for big order can usually ship by sea.
What is your payment term?
Normal payment term is 30% TT deposit after order signed and 70% aganist copy of B/L.
For small order, less than USD1,000, 100% deposit before mass production.
